Open Air Case Build
The Thermaltake Core P1 is a pleasant challenge over the traditional towers we’re used to building in. Not so much that it’s hard to build in, but rather it requires full assembly from top to bottom straight out of the box. As long as you’re good at following directions, it’s mostly a breeze and a lot of fun putting together.
This rig is an in-house custom that we wanted to experiment with, testing the waters with another open air style build. When going open air, it’s hard to turn down everything that is RGB to really make your build pop — and that’s exactly the route we went with this sleek beauty.
Overall, this build performs wonderfully and looks great aesthetically. Eventually we’ll throw in more of a showoff RGB GPU to brighten that side of things up, but the current 1050ti still kicks all games into full swing without a hitch.
